  1. Open vivaldi://experiments
  2. Enable Allow for docking devtool

  1. Start Vivaldi with --remote-debugging-port=9222 parameter
  2. Open http://localhost:9222 in Vivaldi
  3. Choose the previously opened tab to inspect
  4. Tile devtools tab with tab to inspect together
  5. Change tiling layout if needed
